How is the ascension progressing?

To assess this question, we determine Consciousness Levels for the World and other Collectives including Continents, Countries, States, Counties, Cities, Towns, and others of interest. There is absolutely NO judgment made here within the results presented. Each collective has a myriad of frequencies from all its occupants, government, and authorities and for which an average value is given as its Consciousness Level (CL). The scale ranges from 1 to 1200. A value of 850 is the Ascension start point. There is a long-term shift in the Consciousness of Earth (Gaia) compensated for and named the Scaling Factor.
